We present to you our list of “21 Classic Drinks To Order At Happy Hour”,
11. Sex on the Beach
Okay guys, so this one is really for the ladies, but feel free to try it out if your secure in your manhood. This drink has vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice and orange juice. You seriously won’t even taste the alcohol. But trust me, it’s in there.
22. Whiskey Sour
If you wanna be classy but simple, whiskey sours are the way to go. They are a great way to ease you into whiskey, if you don’t love it already.
Your basic whiskey sour will have bourbon, lemon juice and sugar. Sometimes the lemon juice is substituted with what’s called “sour mix” – lemon and lime juice mixed with simple syrup. Depending on the bar, this drink can get dangerously sour, but if you loved sour candy as a kid, you’ll love this drink.
33. Woo Woo
The name says it all. If your ready to unleash the beast and let your woo out…this drinks for you!
With 2 parts vodka, 1 part peach schnapps and lots of cranberry juice, this drink will have you barking at the moon in no time. Woo, Woo!!
Alright, so I’m sure of the drinks on the list, you have probably already had this. It’s a simple drink, vodka and orange juice. It was probably your go to drink during your drinking days at college. At least now you can properly order it by name at a bar.
55. Long Island Iced Tea
Okay, so remember when you first started drinking and everyone said “Never mix alcohol”? Well, forget about all that as the Long Island Ice Tea combines 4 different kinds of alcohol and its awesome.
It’s made with gin, vodka, white rum, white tequila, as well as triple sec, coke and some lemon wedges. Drink more than one and you’ll probably forget your name and maybe blackout, but hey, you have a good story to tell.
66. Seven and Seven
This is just another classic mixed drink disguised as a fancy bar drink because someone slapped a cool name on it. But really it’s just 7-Up and Seagram’s Seven Crown Whiskey, its a nice alternative to Jack Daniels and Coke if your feeling frisky.
77. Mai Tai
For those of you not able to drink a fruity drink on the beach here in St. Augustine, you can always pretend your on the beach by ordering a Mai Tai.
Mai Tais are citrus-y and fun, containing white rum, orange curaçao (an orange-flavored liqueur), orgeat syrup (a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar and rose/orange water), dark rum and fresh lime juice.
Drink these and you will be singing Christopher Cross songs in no time…sailing…
Can’t go wrong with a shot. Sometimes you just want to get this party started quickly, so jump right in with a Jagerbomb shot.
Originally, a Jägerbomb was a bomb shot that was mixed by dropping a shot of Jägermeister into a glass of beer. But we love our energy drinks, so now it’s more likely to be served with half a can of Red Bull. Try it either way and see which you prefer.
So if your going for the fancy approach, try a cosmo. This is another one that hides the alcohol taste but it surely is in there.
Order your basic cosmo, which has vodka citron, Cointreau, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice.
1010. Tom Collins
If you ever watched the movie “Meet The Parents”, this is Jack’s favorite drink. It’s okay you can try it without feeling too old, I swear.
